Que palabras usar para describir la Enseñanza que llega al Corazón, y del que nunca se había separado?

Sentir que cada átomo de nuestro cuerpo, vuestro cuerpo, el cuerpo del mundo que habitamos y el aire que respiramos son pura vibración de Amor, es, en mi experiencia, 

un estar mas vivo que nunca

y también mas cerca de la muerte

mas ligera

mas pacifica.

Sentir que el mundo de la dualidad

en el terreno de nuestra experiencia

la salud, la enfermedad,

el querer y no querer,

el gustar y no gustar

Sonreír y llorar

quietud y movimiento

luminosidad y oscuridad

son todos Maestros, expresiones de la mente

que nos empujan suavemente a probar

el equilibrio perfecto en un baile sin tiempo

el camino medio en todas las cosas, en todos momentos

la chispa profunda

conexión innegable que une cada átomo de nuestra experiencia,

es solamente puro Amor.

Esto es, en mi experiencia, un estar mas vivo que nunca

y también mas cerca de todo

mas ligera

mas pacifica.

Si este pobre corazón se derrumba,

me doy cuenta del Amor

si la tristeza se apodera de mi

me doy cuenta del Amor

si me alegro, 

me doy cuenta del Amor

si me excito

me doy cuenta del Amor

si me perturbo  la ira

me doy cuenta del Amor

se me lleno de celos

me doy cuenta del Amor

Si me muriera hoy, nada mas importaría que el Amor,

entonces ¿porque esperar a ese fatídico momento?

desperdiciando así infinitas oportunidades de experimentar en cada segundo

solamente Amor

Which words should I choose to describe the Teaching that touches the Heart and was never separated from it...

To feel that each atom of our bodies, of your bodies, 

of the body of the world in which we live in and the air that we breathe

is pure vibration of Love,
 is, in my experience, 

to be more alive then ever

and also closer to death,

lighter,

pacified,

To feel that the world of duality

in the field of our experience

health and sickness

the wanting and not wanting

liking and disliking

to smile and to cry

quietness and movement

brigthness and darkness

are all Masters, expressions of Mind

that push us softly to taste

the perfect balance in a "no time" dance,

the middle way in all things, in every moment

The profound spark,

undeniable connection that joins each atom of our experience,

is just pure Love-

This is, in me, 

to be more alive then ever

and also closer to death,

lighter,

pacified,

If this poor heart melts down

I realize Love

If sadness takes over me

I realize Love

If I feel hapyness

I realize Love

If I get excited

I realize Love

If im disturbed by anger

I realize Love

If im filled up with jealousy

I realize Love

If I would die today, notyhing else would matter but Love

So, why should we wait for that fateful day

wasting in this way endless opportunities

of experience in each second

just Love
